Husband (yes husband!) came home from his wood badge scout camp and informed me that I had to make a banner for him.
Say what? Do I look like your scout mom?
I talked him down from something really involved and sewed where he needed sewing. Because I am a sweet wife like that.
He made the holder. It was very involved and required wood working skills and power tools.
Then he wanted feather things that stood up. I put my fingers to work again and came up with these.
That evening we were surprised with a treat from our friend BMB. They had gotten a ton of donuts for pirate day and shared a dozen with us. My kids were overjoyed! Thanks BMB!
